Our website uses the Paypal secure online shopping cart.
You DO NOT require a Paypal account to checkout.

If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may call us at 978-212-5700. Due to Payment Vendor Requirements, EZ Riser cannot accept phone orders and if you call, we will work with you to assist you in entering your order electronically.

Any information you give will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Wholesale Orders

Sales Tax
No tax will be collected for any products purchased via the internet.

Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped US Postal Service, unless you contact Ideas 2 Market and a special arrangement is made.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

CANADA:
For any order amount ........... shipping is $ 30.00

NOTE:
-for Sunglasses the Shipping/Handling charge is $7.00 per pair
-for Boat Covers the Shipping/Handling charge is fixed at $25.00
-for Jet Ski Covers the Shipping/Handling charge is fixed at $12.00

Faulty Equipment
If during the 1st week, for any reason, your EZ Riser Jet Step I, II, EZ Aqua Handle or Bass Boat Flexible Boarding Ladder is DEFECTIVE, do not use it. Send an email to mike_kaczmarek@myideas2market.com, including your name, address, product purchased, date of purchase and the reason for the return. Once you receive a response, take the appropriate action. If you are required to send the unit back, please send it to the following address: EZ Riser Products 40 Lakeshore Drive, Hudson, Mass, 01749. When we receive the unit, a new one will be sent to you at no charge.

Warranty
EZ Riser Products warranty its name brand products for 30 days, after 30 days, please follow the warranty procedure that is supplied with the product. If assistance is required, please contact EZ Riser Products either by email or phone and we will aid you as best as possible.

Satisfaction Issues
I2M has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, just send the unused product back to Ideas 2 Market. Once we receive your return and verify all information, a refund will be credited to your account. Note, the unit must be in the original unopened packaging.
